This tech-friendly house comes with wi-fi and don't forget your iPod to plug in to the music system wired for the entire house.  Yes, you have flat screen TVs in the media/family room, master bedroom, and the family room/office and a music system that plays through radio, CDs or an iPod throughout the entire house with speakers in nearly every room. There is excellent air conditioning for the warm summer months and good heating for the colder months with plenty of wool blankets and comforters for a cozy night’s sleep.

The kitchen is complete with all new appliances and the basic supplies to prepare a quick meal or a feast – coffee pot, toaster, dishes, flatware, pots and pans, bowls and linens are provided.

You can step outside or sit on the porch to enjoy a spacious patio and country garden area with charming walkways.  Subway transportation is only blocks away.
